2025 Annual General Meeting

We would like to encourage all members to join us for our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, November 19th at 7:00pm in the Karen Magnussen Eagle Room.

A few major agenda items will be the approval of the League Yearly Financials, the election of new Board Members, and a draw for a free registration.

As usual, all members in attendance for the AGM will be entered in a a draw for one free registration for the 2026 season. Each registered player (last played season) is entitled to an entry for this season’s draw (e.g. 2 registered players last year = 2 entries in this year’s draw). In addition, for members of our adult league (nsihla.com), we will also be doing a draw for one free 2025 registration for the adult league. Board members are included in the draw for the free registration.

We also continue to offer a $25 AGM discount off the 2026 registration fee for all who attend. If one parent/guardian attends the AGM, that family is entitled to a $25 discount per registered child. Please note that players registering in the U7/U9 divisions and all female players are already heavily discounted, so are not eligible for the AGM discount.
