We would like to encourage all members to join us for our online Annual General Meeting on Thursday, January 21 at 7:30 pm

This year's meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

As usual, all members in attendance for the AGM will be eligible to win a draw for one free registration for the 2021 season. Each registered player (last played season) is entitled to a ticket for this season’s draw (e.g. 2 registered players last year = 2 tickets in this year’s draw). Board members are included in the draw for the free registration.

We also continue to offer a $25 AGM discount off the 2021 registration fee for all who attend. If one parent/guardian attends the Annual General Meeting, that family is entitled to a $25 discount per registered child. Please note that players registering in the U9 division and all female players are already heavily discounted, so are not eligible for the AGM discount.
