Registration for our 2026 youth season is now open!
We’re excited to announce that registration for the 2026 NSIHL Youth Inline Hockey spring season is officially open to everyone.
If your player's division says it is full, please register in our waitlist registration (link below). We expect to add more spaces for most or all divisions. When space is added to a division, our registrar will contact the waitlist on a first-come-first-served basis with details on how to register.
Some divisions may show as full because we've made a couple of changes this year to better manage division numbers as fairly as possible:
- First, we have intentionally set the number of spaces lower than expected in all divisions until we have firm numbers on how many hours per week are available at Harry Jerome, our secondary arena. We expect to have those numbers in a few weeks.
Second, we will be managing numbers to get well-sized teams (not too many, not too little).
Before registering, please take a moment to review the “Registration Info” section on our website:

TOURNAMENT TEAM
Tournament team registration is handled separately from league registration. Players must be registered in the NSIHL Youth League to be eligible, but league and tournament registrations are completed as two separate steps.

ABOUT THE NSIHL YOUTH LEAGUE
The North Shore Inline Hockey League offers youth programs for players aged 5 to 17, welcoming beginners through experienced players. Our focus is on fun, staying active, good sportsmanship, and creating an inclusive environment for all kids.
Players aged 18 and over (born in 2007 or earlier) can participate in our Adult League, which operates separately. More information is available at:
https://www.nsihla.com
SEASON DETAILS
The 2026 youth season will run from late March (shortly after Spring Break) through the end of June. Games will be played at Karen Magnussen Rec Centre and Harry Jerome Rec Centre in North Vancouver.
DIVISION OPTIONS
For players aged 9 to 17, we offer both Recreational and Competitive divisions so families can choose the level that best fits their player’s experience and skill level. Players aged 5 to 8 will participate in Recreational divisions only.
U7 DIVISION – CONTINUING FOR 2026
We’re happy to confirm that the U7 division will return for the 2026 season after a strong first year. This program provides a fun and supportive introduction to inline hockey, and we look forward to welcoming both new and returning families.
As with past seasons, the U7 division depends on sufficient registration numbers. If numbers are too low, U7 players may be combined with the U9 division. If this occurs and your family prefers not to move into U9, a full refund will be available upon request.
U7 AND U9 REDUCED FEES
To support growth in our youngest age groups, registration for both U7 and U9 is $125.
Each registered U7 and U9 player will also receive a $100 store credit to Coast to Coast Hockey Shop, valid for the 2026 Spring season. This credit can be used toward equipment and helps reduce the overall cost of participation.
2026 REGISTRATION FEES
U7 – $125 (includes $100 Coast to Coast Hockey Shop store credit)
U9 – $125 (includes $100 Coast to Coast Hockey Shop store credit)
U11 – $245
